Pokemon Evolution Question

Im getting Diamond and I realy love Piplup but I hate his Evolved forms.

If I stop him from Evolving So he stays a Piplup will he still learn all the attacks or will he keep the same attacks and only be able to learn TMs and HMs

I hope someone knows the answer to this Question

I'm getting Piplup too, but I'm not letting it evolve. I'm just breeding another one and make the new one evolve just to get its data in my Dex. Anywho...

I was under the impression they learn their older moves faster if they haven't evolved yet too.

I dunno,... all I do know is they learn different moves per evolution. I think I learned that from Pokemon Stadium 2...
