Angelic Gardens

Description: Your Pokémon wakes up in a grassy field near a white fence. Curious, he opens it and steps into what he later discovers to be the Angelic Gardens. A mysterious voice begins to speak as he explores:

"Welcome to the Angelic Gardens. You may stay as long as you wish as long as you do not enter the forest that surrounds this place. If you choose to do so, you will never be able to return."

Feeling it difficult to ever want to leave, your Pokémon relaxes and meets new friends whilst secretly wondering two things: whoor what that voice was and why its owner doesn't want them to leave.

Rules:
1) Please please PLEASE use English when your Pokémon is talking, thinking, etc. We'll all assume they're going "Pika pika!" or whatever is applicable.
2) PM me if you're going to join so I can add a list of who's playing in the RP. Thanks.

Sparky was confused as he entered the garden.
"Who was that...?" he said.

Nestled comfortably by the rosebushes, the Magby's right eye opened groggily at the sound of a voice. Well, it certainly wasn't the deep one that had welcomed him to the gardens, that was for sure.

He yawned and stretched his tiny body before scratching the back of his lumpy head and rolling onto his feet. He rubbed his eyes sleepily and looked around. The pearly-white gate, which was to his left, was shut, but there was a sillhouette of a newcomer against it.

Another one? he thought drowsily to himself as he casually walked over to the gate. He found the guest to be some sort of creature he had never seen before. He had to admit, he was a bit fearful, but once he realized that the poor thing had no idea where it was, he decided it be proper to introduce himself.

He took a few more steps forward and spoke quite elegantly for a younger Pokémon. "Hello," he said politely. "I'm Piripi. I see you've found your way to the Gardens."

The Shinx was welcomed by a Magby named Piripi. He spoke quite...elegantly.
"What are the Gardens?" Sparky asked.

"These are the Gardens," Piripi replied as he spread his short arm and glided it through thei air over their surroundings. He was pretending to know exactly what he was talking about. "Come on, follow me. I'll show you around."

The Magby made his way to the center of the Garden where a large, porcelain fountain stood. Water cascaded from its peak elegantly and fell to the basin below. "This is the fountain," Piripi said. "The water represents eternal life for all Pokémon." He made a right and felt too much like a tour guide.

"See that lake?" he asked and pointed to the cerulean waters. "That's where the Water and Ice types can relax. And beyond that lie the fields where Grass and Bug types can play." He motioned to the tall stalks of green not too far from the lake's edge.

He continued to lead the other about, showing him the mountains for Rock, Ground, and Steel types, the treetops for Flying types, the plains for Normal types (And whoever wished to join them, of course), the Dojo for Fighting and Psychic types, the power plant for Electric, Poison, and Ghost types, the cave for Dragon and Dark types, and the end of the tour, the lava pit for the Fire types.

"That's pretty much what this place is about–harmony." Piripi nodded to the other. "Y'know, I never caught your name...."

He was guided through the massive "gardens" and had tons of fun exploring the whole place. His paws pricked with excitement when they neared the power plant, but he didn't like the looks of the cave. Even though this place was so peaceful and united, something felt strange. It was just too peaceful, for there was no fighting going on. Everything was quiet.

When the "tour" was over, Piripi turned around and said, "Y'know, I never caught your name..."

Sparky snapped our of his deep thought. "My wha?" he was confused. He dazed then realized he asking for his name. "Oops, sorry. My name's Sparky."

He attempted to make friends with the Magby. It was the only way he would become a part of the community, it seemed. Make as many friends as you can and find out what's going on from your allies. Try not to make any enemies or things will become more troublesome.

Even though he knew something was strange in every hair of his pelt, there was something drawing him away from the exit. He didn't want to leave this safe haven. He would run through the meadows forever and ever and explore the caves and train in the dojo. He could leap treetops and climb the mountains.

But if he stayed...

what would become of his sister, Shocky?
