It has a choice of how much the MAX HP is. I chose 166 for U.Flame because Blaziken, being a final evolution at Lv.100, has over 100 HP (I think it's even higher than 200 or 300) Until I get to see how much HP can be for each Pokemon or Level, I will just be guessing.

I got a book that gives you all the emerald pokemon HP averages :0

but then again I always give my pokmon like 20 hp ups, so my breloom has like 300 HP when it's only supposed to have 250 or something

Edit: How are they used btw? like in rpgs? or do people fight each other for something? sorry i'm just taking a severe interest.

lol, it's okay. Yeah, I think they are for RPG. I haven't really had enough time to look around it more, just to see what I have to do and stuff... it's all mainly a test. You have a book on Pokemon Emerald averages? Where did you get it? Also, what level is your Breloom?

I have one that's in level 50-7something... I forgot. X3 I nicknamed it Shroomy, it was one of my first R/S/E Pokemon.

Lucky. I didn't even know they had books like that. The only Pokemon books i've seen were the How to Draw Pokemon, and the Pokemon Pokedex Bool (both Hardcover and paperback).
